I got 8 cos i made 111 was 6 and 1000 was 7 so 1001 was 8!

Binary you carry a 1, if I remember correctly.

Here you go;

Simple conversions

* 1- 1
* 10- 2
* 11- 3
* 100- 4
* 101- 5
* 110- 6
* 111- 7
* 1000- 8
* 1001- 9
* 1010- 10


The simplest arithmetic operation in binary is addition. Adding two single-digit binary numbers is relatively simple, using a form of carrying:

0 + 0 ? 0
0 + 1 ? 1
1 + 0 ? 1
1 + 1 ? 0, carry 1 (since 1 + 1 = 0 + 1 × 10 in binary)
