What is going on with the Glade website?

The section for FAQ's is empty fair enough you can e-mail and ask questions, but why not put the usual ones down on there it wouldn't take 5 mins? Like how much alcohol can you take, whether you're allowed glass etc etc, normal questions that are always asked.

I feel these should've been put up ages ago!

Visually the site is stunning but yer from a user design point of view it's god awful. Working out how to turn the music off helped though.
