Amber D’Amour is creator and director of D’Amour recordings.
Playing week in week out all over the UK and abroad, Amber has been a firm fixture in the dance industry for the last 6 years, under her other guise, Amber D in the hard dance scene. Amber brings her individual style of Eclectic Electrik House Music to the people!
With a string of big releases under her belt and 9 compilations to her name, we can expect a lot from her in the house scene. Her love of house and electro stems back for years, with her love of all things Todd Terry and now into present day with influences now from influences are Angello and Ingrosso, Mark Knight, Dave Spoon, Switch, The Trophy Twins, Micky Slim, and Funkagenda.
With as big a personality as the tunes she plays, this girl has the whole package. Coming from a very musical background, as a classically trained pianist and completing a BTEC National Diploma in Music Technology, creating music has always been a massive part of Amber’s life. Label Biog
D’Amour Recordings was set up as a way for Amber D’Amour to get her music out there quicker as turnaround for other labels can be slow. Primarily the label was to be used solely for her own releases, but look out for other people’s productions in the near future.
The label focuses on big basslines, quirky features and just something a bit different and special. With her classical background and music technology diploma, Amber brings something a little bit different to the table with every release.
