The world's very first dedicated Hardcore Breaks night is back with a BANG! and ready to make its first birthday party something special. The Electrowerkz is without a doubt one of London's best rave venues and for this night we are proud to be taking over the two top floors. Over two massive rooms you'll be able to party til dawn to the ever evolving and diverse sounds of Nu-Rave/Hardcore Breaks, Old Skool Hardcore, Upfront Hardcore and Freeform.

Those of you who have been with us since the beginning will know all about the Dance Energy vibe, but for those that don't this is your chance to come along and take part in history...come and get involved in what is swiftly becoming one of the most exciting movements in dance music history since, well, since the early 90's!!

Easy everyone :)

First things first, there's been a bit of a shuffling about here and there and i'm pleased to anounce M@xx is now playing in the main room b2b with his Dance Energy partner in crime and star of the infamous 'Eyeski Show'.....DJ Eyeski ;)

Also, Mr. J.C. is now playing at a better time in room two and going back to 1994....think Kniteforce, Remix, Slammin Vinyl, Stormtrooper etc... etc... Dekoy'll be supplying these sounds too in a separate set.

The reason for the lack of a dedicated old skool room is because, as has been said, the third small room we had planned got pulled. By the time this happened we'd already put a lot into both of the other line ups. Also, we've got the two big rooms upstairs now and weren't too confident that we'd fill the space needed with our trademark 'underground' old skool as its a very specialist market we're targetting there. We toyed with the idea of making it underground and anthem old skool to get the crowds in, but (as much as we do like anthems) we feel that there are enough nights out there that do this already and thought it'd be a shame for us to become another night in a sea of many. For this reason we're making Room 1 HCB/Nu-Rave and Underground Old Skool.

Don't worry tho, the separate rooms will be back! As well as our 'underground old skool' policy we're also very proud to be the only night around that has a 100% dedicated HCB/Nu-Rave room and want to get back to that asap.

We're quite excited about expanding into new music territory too. I know Upfront Hardcore/Freeform may not be everyone's cup of tea, but it'll bring a nice new edge to the night, and we've carefully selected very different DJs to each offer something different from the current Hardcore scene. Not forgetting the 2 back to '94/'95 sets in there for the Old Skool happy heads too ;)

Its very different to our last party there tho! This time we've got the upstairs which is two big rooms and a separate bar area. There's loads more chilling space, stages, better soundsystems etc. etc. too :)



I wanna add too, as its our birthday we're gonna have loads of freebies to giveaway on the night including CDs, T-Shirts, Icepoles, Whistles/Horns and loads more!
