I wouldn't say so.

I love listening to goa but hate psy. Can't see what the fun is listening to something that sounds like someone's using a pitch bend on it over and over again.

The best Goa mix has to be IMHO Paul Oakenfold's Gold Goa Mix from around 1993 which I think was from Goa as well just to add an extra twist to it. I've got it on CD somewhere...
