Want to be a DSI Pro-Spotter..? Join the Pro Wannabe's group, and you could be selected!
Hey Spotters!!

Hope you're all having a great time out there getting snap-happy in the clubs. DSI wouldn't be anything without your hard work in the clubs, and we really appreciate all your hard work.

At DSI, we're now on a massive push to recruit new pro-spotters to cover just about anywhere in the UK (and anywhere else for that matter).

As you know, our elite team of Pro-Spotters are hand picked by us for their exceptionally high quality of pictures, as well as the amount of support they give to DSI as a site, and being it's ambassadors out in the club scene. So we're now looking to increase the team, and you can be in with a chance to get in there.

Some of the benefits that Pro-Spotters enjoy:

- First refusal on free entry to many of the biggest dance events, including Creamfileds 2008 + 2009, Tiësto @ Victoria In the Park, Frantic events and many more.
- Paid work for their photography.
- Access to the official Pro-Spotters group where you can learn even more photography tricks from those that do it best.

To get into this group, you need to head on over to the proving grounds otherwise known as the Pro Wannabes group by clicking here. Then simply post up your best pictures.

If your pics are good enough to make the pro-team, you will be invited into it, and will receive a message from JohnB (Whoop whoop!)

Please note: To be a Pro spotter, it is a requirement that you have your own SLR camera. You can pick one up for as little as £350 upwards from retailers or ebay

Good luck everyone, and hope to see some of you shortly on 'The Other Side'.

Wouldn't it be better if those tips n tricks were available to all togs though so they can progress to get to a pro standard

In theory yes, but I would probably say "willingness to learn and experiment."

If anyone is serious, they'd find it on their own, practice it etc etc...

Agreed, and I do believe the pro's pop into the wannabe's group and drop in their bits of advice from time to time.
