This has been really bugging me & i cant believe no one else seems to care.

Normally im all for seeing a bit of boob - But I dont really think pictures of under 18s with their baps out should be allowed on this site.

It's probably not so bad as she's normally on during the nite but im sure everyone would be kicking up a fuss if she was on during our normal work hours. Getting a flash of nipple from a 17yr old, probably isn't gonna go down to well with bosses, not to mention the police

Im sure these sort of images could actually get everyone who uses this site into a lot of trouble

To be honest she is hot, and legal. Over 16 is OK as long as they give consent. Don't forget they are covered too.

On age, the law changed a while ago. Photos of anyone under 18 are now in scope.

As for any photos that anyone thinks are inappropriate, don't forget that as moderators we rely on users clicking the "report this photo" link. ;o)

One of the problems for the UK moderators is that we don't know the US laws - which are probably different from here and it might well not be illegal for 16 year olds to get nekkid for the cameras over there. It's a comparatively recent law here.

I understand you point Viki about not wishing be done for having these images on your computer - not downloading them would be a good start on that one. That leaves visiting a web-site with images that are against UK law. I think it is open to abuse by people wanting to look at very young but actually above the age of consent women, but I would imagine the general legal risk to users is low.

It's not like she's 14 and flashing her gash is it? It's hardly porn either. Yes she's under 18 but only by a year, and at that, it might not even be a year, she might be 18 in a few months, and then nobody will bat an eyelid. I hardly think anyone is going to get into trouble for it and if that's the case, just don't look at her pics, job done. I'm not saying I agree with what she is wearing, but it's just a couple of pics, it's hardly pornographic material.

how do you guys know she's 17 ? it says so on her profile but she could have written that ages ago. Besides its not as if she's actualy topless, she's hidding her nipples... why make such a fuss about it ? at least she gave the guys at the event a good show lol

im pretty sure that a picture of breasts, nipples out or not and no matter what age they are is not appropriate for work and should be classed as NOT SAFE FOR WORK.

i certainly dont want pictures like that popping up on my computer screen unless i choose to look at them so unless they can be marked NSFW like we have to with any other picture/link that people may find offensive i think it should be removed and the user asked/told to keep the pictures SFW
