Sorry if I'm being really dumb but where do I go to see articles and interviews with DJs etc...

They used to be on the main page before the site changed .. where are they now?

Is there no other way? I just wanted to take a general read on everyone's articles like I used to. I would never go searching all the events to see if they have interviewed anyone etc...

No, me neither. I think it's a shame that they've changed that as it was a good way to find out who was playing where without having to trawl for hours, and also a good way of finding out which nights might have a musical policy that you liked, by seeing which DJs they booked.

Of course, if you promote it within your group, you're preaching to the converted, not really useful for getting new people interested, but I guess the only way to do that now is to buy ads.

I admit the I was into reading MixMag circa 1987 - 1991, then it was damned good, the cd's which came with it were over all good too?

Is DSI going to be fully imalgimated into MixMag and be just a few web pages, because that is something to think about?

It was better when all the articles where on the front page, not just the Mixmag ones.

I have slacked off with the articles because they are just not getting the exposure they used to get, shame really....it was a good feature to have on here.

In a way I'm kind of glad that they've changed the article system, I was getting sick of seeing promoter spam disguised as an article, with 3 or 8 pictures that made it look so cramped and shit to read, some of the pictures would be to big and it would all over lap each other, equals having what I can only describe as a messy blur of spam. :(

But on the other hand its starting to look a a bit spammy now :(

We're happy to add decent well written promoter articles to the homepage, as long as they arent blatant spam rubbish. Decent interviews etc will make the homepage.
