i recently wrote a letter of complaint to the sia concerning certain individuals who are operating as "frontline door supervisors".....

heres there response.....

Thank you for your email to the SIA. Please find below our response to your
enquiry.

To report any persons that are working unlawfully we require as much information
as possible. Please confirm as many of the following details: -

Full name and address of the individual(s)
A description of the individual(s)
Which days of the week the individual(s) work
The name of the company
The address of the company
Type of establishment it is e.g. bar, pub, club etc.
The incident that happened, where and when
Are you happy to provide us with your own personal details or would you rather
remain anonymous
Any other relevant details

The information that you provide will be recorded and passed to the relevant
department for investigation. If in the meantime we can be of any further
assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.
