The DSI Facebook application was not built by Dontstayin.com, so it's not an official DSI product. This group is here so that you don't bother them with support questions, etc. relating to the box.

Q: How do I make sure I'm supplying the right thing in the DSI username box?
A: The easiest way is to log onto DSI, go to your profile page (by clicking on 'My DSI') and then in the address bar in your browser, copy the bit of the address at the end after the '/members/' part.
e.g.
If it says http:///www.dontstayin.com/members/joe-bloggs then the username would be joe-bloggs
Q: My DSI box is empty, why?
A: This will be because you either entered an incorrect username when configuring the box, or you haven't supplied one at all!
Read the question above about getting your username correct, and then go
here to configure your box.
Q: How often will my box update?
A: Every 6 hours, or if you want you can click on the update link at the bottom of the box to do an instant update
Q: My pictures look blury/pixelated and don't line up, are you pants at building stuff?
A: This is due to technical geeky reasons that I wont go into. But I'm hoping to address it soon (ish). It'll have to do for now.
Q: I want it short and fat, not tall and skinny! Why is it tall and skinny?
A: You can drag the DSI box over into the main section of your profile if you want. move the mouse over the blue bar above the DSI box, then click and drag it to the right. You can then drop it where you want it. The DSI box should then go short and fat for you!
