Hi people, some of you may have noticed that the box has gone from bad to worse in the last couple of days... and now everyone's getting an empty box.

This is due to a few different things, but essentially it'd take a day or two to fix it. However, I've been working on a new much better version to bring the DSI application in line with the new facebook changes, and to compete a little better with the features of a certain competitor.

The new version is due to be ready by the end of next weekend... so I don't really want to interrupt that time scale to fix the current issues.

So If you can hold tight, and we'll be back to normal ASAP.

ok rant 1) the application box on a person's profile homepage / wall can only be 220 pixels high! That's enough space for your profile picture, the logo, 1 event you're going to, and 1 event you've been to! SHIT!

rant 2) There's a limit to how many feed items it can post to your wall within a certain period. It let me post 3 items 2 days ago, and since then, it's still not allowed any more! According to the documentation the limit increases over time based on usage and feedback!?!?!?!

Gotta admit, I like FB making it harder for application developers to write decent non-spammy apps. Not saying yours is, Paul, but yeah tough for apps with smaller followings.
