Blimey! I got chills when i read that!

brandon lee was shot on the set of the film the crow - they left the actual footage of him being shot in and cut at the very last second when they realised what was going on and he really had been shot - if you turn the volume up about 50% louder than you would normally listen to it and play the scene you can here which 2 shots kill him.

Fucking hell John, I just saw the footage of that :(
