First the sweaties don't get into the PL, now people are crashing their cars into yids.

Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Carlo Cudicini has injured his pelvis in a motorbike accident.

The Italian was taken to hospital after his BMW bike was involved in a collision with a car in Walthamstow, east London, on Thursday morning.

Cudicini, 36, signed to the north London club from rivals Chelsea in January this year.

ahaha, you're stuck with Gomez for the season.

You'll be lucky to make it into the Europa league with him between the sticks.

He's a better keeper than any you've got, in fact I'd go as far as to say he's probably one of the best keepers in the Prem. Yes he's made some major cock up's but then show me a keeper in the Prem who hasn't....

As for Cudiccini, he got fucked by Chelsea and lost his confidence.. He's OK as a back up but not much else. Get well soon no need to rush back !

I was pretty certain the pro footballers are not allowed to ride moterbikes due to insurance reasons.

You also missed out the fact that he`s broken both wrists too,,not a fan of Cudicini just about does a job as number 2 but wouldn`t wish an accident like this on anyone. As S7eve said after what Chelski did to him i wish him all the best.

Van der sar error prone lucky to have had such a strong back 4
foster (You cannot be serious)cech Has made mistakes
almunia(maybe) Ha ha how funny
given (Past it)
reina Not seen enough of him
friedel (past it, has made mistakes)
Jaaskelainen
(Prone to mistakes)

The problem Gomes has found difficult to shake off is the fact in his first season he made some complete howlers. He played for a long period with a hip injury which hindered him getting down for low balls

These mistakes have now clouded the fact that he has been absolutely world class pretty much most of this season. Just check out the saves he made against Sunderland last Sat.

Oh ! and Ben Foster ! you lost any credibilty by including him in that list

Comparing keepers is pretty difficult anyway .. clean sheets doesn't mean a lot, shots saved doesn't mean a lot (were they easy or hard shots to save?) .. but the main thing I think is consistency. Gomes might have had a good few games so far, but after last season he's still way down the list.

Gomes is no worse than most keepers. You're only picking up on highlighted mistakes because he's the newest keeper in tbe Prem. I haven't said he hasn't made mistakes.

Perhaps in future you should read posts before replying to them.

Dave, He made some absolute howlers in the first few months there's no denying that. Mud sticks. He was carrying a major injury which didn't help. Fact is, that since he's got back to full fitness and started to understand the game in the EPL the howlers and mistakes have got less and less.

The comparisons being made to other keepers all of whom have made their fair share of cockups is also unfair as they've all played in the Prem a lot longer.
