This game does look one of a kind... Fucks sakes theres WAY too many games over the next 4 months that I want to play. This isn't helping me :{

Play.com is sayong September for the release date. I highly doubt that somehow with alot of big games due out around that time.

the official website is EA . it hits pc on september. (end of) and that screen play is taken from a nvidia geforce 280 gtx.

ps3 has a 7800gtx graphics card in it. xbox has a superclocked ati card in there (thats why they run hot and make a bit of noise) the pc's latest gpu (graphics card) is the ati 4870x2 and the 280 gtx if you want one for your pc budget for around £450.00 - £600.00 they are the dogs and using one will give you graphics like that used in the mirrors edge trailer, and better when playing games using the crygen engine. (crysis and crysis war head)

this game is going on for 1 and a half years old but this is what the crygen engine looks like, things have moved on quite a bit for the pc tho, even still scenery looks pretty and its all in game (played) footage.

2x 8800GT's in SLi should do the trick though (bout £200-£400)

9600gt's the 8 series gpu's are terrible in sli not worth buying another card for tho!!

PS3 to get Mirror's Edge exclusive DLC, not timed exclusive

An EA spokesperson has revealed that there has been a misunderstanding in terms of David Reeves being quoted as saying Mirror's Edge will be a timed exclusive for the PS3. However, Sony did confirm that they have an exclusive marketing agreement with EA for the title and that exclusive DLC will be available on the Playstation Network.
