Savvy young producer Phil Cogan is already well-established on the Newcastle dance scene. His long-running night Cause and Effect burned brighter than a super-charged glow stick for its army of loyal followers. Now the man-like Cogan has launched his own on-line record label to infiltrate the ears of like-minded party people.
