After beginning our Journey nearly 4 years ago at what many regarded as 'the' mecca for clubbers of Cardiff, the now sorely missed Emporium, we can now reveal we're returning to what we feel are very similar surrounds in our new home 'Q-Bar'

We've had some fantastic parties at Move (formerly Red Rooms) over the last few years, and we're grateful for all of your support and hope that you've enjoyed our time there! But to advance and grow stronger we have to move on, after careful planning we've secured what we believe to be one of the freshest and innovative new venues to spring to life in Cardiff, a city that has lost a lot of it's best venues and left clubbers stranded with little or no choices!

Q-Bar is a plush new venue on Greyfriars road Cardiff just past Oceana. The venue combines a comfortable and tasteful enviroment featuring sublime lighting & atmospherics, decor and intimate boothes in the main room. Then a more grimey, underground and intimate feel, reminiscent of the old Hippo & Emporium days in it's second room. The first floor has plenty of seating and bar space as well as pool tables and other entertainment and is the perfect situation to chill out or party on, all in all there's a little or a lot of something for everyone!

All three brands will be there as usual, the flagship 'Journey' brand occupying the main room and providing the best Trance DJs and acts from the UK & the rest of the world. The infamous 'Trauma Ward' will take over the second room for all the head strong in what is our darkest and loudest enviroment to date! The first floor will play host to 'Disposable Taste' where you can get your groove on to some wicked House & Electro or just simply chill out!

We're very excited about our new venture and hope you'll all love the new venue and the events we'll be doing there! Tickets will be on sale soon with the line-up being announced shortly...

We re-launch Journey @ Q-Bar on Friday 28th September opening 10pm till 6am...

I hope as many of you as possible will support us and make this one of the best parties we've ever had!
