Only 8 full episodes filmed before the writers strike in the US which has apparently stopped the next season of 24 airing next year.

Rumour has it that the 8 episodes are still to be shown in USA at least and that we will have to wait until 2009 for the rest which will adjoin the fifth season making this 24 episodes long.

i hope that they resolve this dispute because ive heard that Episode 8 has a cliffhanger ending which would leave us waiting til 2009!!!!

i cant take it!!!!

this strike ain't goin nowhere now mate, even if the strike was resolved tomorrow there's no way they could get the rest of the series finished in time.

not sure when these episodes are gonna air tho tbh, what with sweeps & raings etc we may not see any NEW lost til 2009

what a wait...........
