Lidia De Luca is one of Brighton’s premier female DJ’s.
She arrived in the UK in 1999 from Italy and was immediately drawn to the energy and vibrancy of the Brighton club scene. Once Lidia had honed her skills to perfection, she was quickly approached to become resident in 2004 at “Fused” which ran for 3 years. Two years ago she started her own night “Turned Up High” as both co-promoter and resident at various venues in and around Brighton & London. During this time she also played at Ocean Rooms, Honey Club, and The Church, Digital, Coalition, Concorde fast building a reputation as one of Brighton’s most innovative, groundbreaking and consistent DJs.
3000 parties later Lidia De Luca (Aka Miss DL) has been working with Gorgeous, Sonic Safari, and has been a regular at the well renowned Pussycat Club.

With a string of high profile bookings under her belt she has also played along-side the likes of D Ramirez, King Roc and Michael Gray (of Full Intention fame), Dave Angel, and many others.

She has an unrivaled ability to read the crowd and counts her Influences to be as diverse as hard rock, Indie, Drum ‘n’ Bass, Booka Shade, Chris Lake, and Joris Voorn. Mixing up her sets with various styles from upfront house to Techno, she always takes the dance floor by storm. This is one female DJ who has won massive respect amongst the Brighton scene and is only destined for greater things to come.
