I know this has been asked a million times before but I've missed the threads.

Basically I'm on the hunt for a set of studio monitors for my production set up and was wondering if anyone has advise on what to get, I've got a budget of about £500.00.

Any help would be good thanks

Ive got Tannoy Reveal 8D's which are absolutly awsome. You can get them now for about £500. I know many top producers use them.

I wouldnt buy anything else to be honest

Mackie's and Genelecs - the Tannoys are cool, but not as good as Mackie or Genelec. If you're not fussed about them being brand new ten I would suggest going onto Sound on Sound's website - get into the readers ads and buy something there... not only do you have to not worrying fannying around on ebay - but its an ad site specifically for SOS readers (which aren't your normal Razzle and Sun demographic).
