does any body else think clubbing has become too cool?

i've come to the decision that clubbing...and clubbers are far too cool now. it's all about listening to the "right" music and dressing a certain way. it's made clubbing serious and boring. what happened to wearing proper cyber?



and not giving a fuck? and what was life like BEFORE KETAMINE?! what happened to being bouncy and silly and having fun in a club?

I beg to differ! I don't like to condemn a group of people, but it was bad enough when they had black lipstick all over their faces, greasy black hair and disturbingly tight black jeans clinging to their bony legs, now they've discovered day-glo and neon eyeshadow and have given birth to the horror that is nu-rave! Which I think is not helping the club scene, as they're appearing in clubs for the wrong reasons, and so they can call themselves a 'raver', when really they don't have the love for ...

Sorry but 1) that will offend people, and 2) judging people by what they wear/listen to is pretty narrow minded. A lot of people think cybers are idiots and hard house is for druggies, but that doesn't mean it's true.

I don't really have an opinion on it tbh Daisy. I enjoy my clubbing and what I wear, and I respect others right to choose what they wanna wear and be like.
