What is Nuwave Events & Record Label?

Nuwave was the brain child of Dj & Producer Evo D also one half of the newly formed (Sturdy Kitz) Nuwave first started out as a Hard Dance Record label and has seen artists such as Rodi Style / Riggsy / Grady G / Dan dyson all have tracks on the label .

In 2007 Nuwave branched out and started Hard Dance events in the North Wales area and quickly developed a steady following of mad for it clubbers. After the first few events Nuwave booked Djs Brisk / Dark By Design / Jp & Jukesy plus many more big names.

In 2008 Nuwave decided to take the label to a different format and started getting there release's out on cds. The first cd release was Nuwave Records 001 and featured in December 2008 edition Of Mixmag.

In 2009 the Nuwave label has gone from strength to strength releasing a steady flow of quality Hard Dance tracks to the masses. Nuwave was then approached by the newly formed brand Atomik Weekender and they booked the Nuwave duo (Evo D & Maxwell) for the first weekender alongside brands Goodgreef / Clubland / Slinky / B2T / High Oktane / Plant Love plus many more. This was only the start for Nuwave and the Nuwave Djs (Evo D & Maxwell)

2009 was also the start of newly formed project The Nuwave Mp3 Store where djs can come and buy the latest quality HardDance tracks before any other download site. The difference with The Nuwave Store is that every track you buy puts twice the amount of money back into the pockets of your favourite artists and labels.

Also this year see’s Nuwave start its new project for all things hard and funky called NuFunk Records which will be mainly an output for Nuwave Djs Evo D & Maxwells new alias (Sturdy Kitz). The first release went off big time and was played on Radio One and supported by the Tidy Djs plus many more. Watch this space :)
