Okay...so its Monday once again....and i thought it would be about time to remind every one that they should be giving 100% at work!!!

To make this more manageable however, this is how it should break down!

Monday 12%
Tuesday 20%
Wednesday 40%
Thursday 23%
Friday 5%

Well...you can bring it lower...but you'd only end up giving more on another day!....Perhaps Friday ?!! :P
