Hey Angelic People,

Well Summer 2008 may very well be fading fast, and I know its taken me a month or so to get round to this, but I basically just wanted to say a big Thankyou to everyone involved with Charlys Angelz in Ibiza this summer.

As many of you know Charlys Angelz has been running for 8 years in Ibiza now, and every year always has its very special moments. Ibiza 2008 was no different. We saw many of the regular Charlys Angelz DJ's return to the decks, but we also saw some new faces this year also whom will no doubt be some of the female DJ's you'll definately be seeing more of in the future. The atmosphere down at Play 2 on a Saturday night never ceases to amaze me, and despite the fact that I have been been at every single event from when we launched in 2001, I personally never tire of the night and love being involved both with Play2, all the female DJ's who come down to play, and of course every single person that comes down and supports us throughout the summer months. I have posted the photos from all the nights now both on here and on our facebook group, and I will also be posting some video footage very soon!!!

I just wanted to say very special thanks to DJ Ange who was our resident DJ for summer 2008 - and our very first Ozzy resident!!! I'm sure everybody would agree that her sets rocked the house each and every week, and despite the fact that this was her first full summer on the white isle, she has certainly made a name for herself in Ibiza this summer. I'd like also to say thanks to Vince and the Funk Deluxe crew for all their support and for the night they cohosted with us back in June. Funk Deluxe are certainly a crazy crowd and we look forward to having you back with us in Summer 2009. Also many thanks to Tina Martin and the Qudos crew and Anna Kiss and the Powder Room posse for all their support and for the nights they cohosted with us also. Always a pleasure to see you girlies and look forward again to partying with you in 2009.

As for Charlys Angelz, keep you eye out for several UK tour dates that we have planned over the coming months and some special Australia events planned for January 2009. Apart from that we will be back at Play 2 every Saturday night for Ibiza 2009 so if you missed us this year - make sure you come and see us next!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
