As the weekend draws in the Clubbed Up crew get things started in the way only they now how - with tip top music for the masses!

This weeks guest is from Liverpudlian Gareth Cheshire who states to be a fan of house, techno, weird rock, hip hop, broken beat, jazz, film soundtracks and cosmic disco - this will be a mix from his Downstairs Mix Up Series. Gareth has put together a fine mix of disco and house - one for the funksters and backroom booty shakers.
