Hi All,

I have spoken to Jeff Supreme regarding the matters involving the Southern Sound Festival. As you're aware since the closure of the Festival to this very point today the Fusion boys have battled on to try and resolve some of the situations that have arisen and are now seeking legal advice regarding this matter.

Obviously I've tried to clear things up from our side as best I can - but an OFFICIAL Press Release from Fusion Events Ltd, Destiny and Resonate will follow, they haven't been able to make one until now for legal reasons until they have got to the bottom of it with their legal team and the matter has now been taken up with the Police also.

Once they have seen this through with both the Police and a legal team and are in a position to make an official statement to you they will of course, keep you updated.
