One of my m8s was chatting to someone at the last freeformaton who's good friends with the promoter of elation and apparantly due to lack of funding from the previous nights they're no longer to able to run their nights which is a massive massive shame as their nights were just superb.

Just to address this properly.

Spongebrain heard right, we have no plans to continue at present. And while funding is one of the issues (times are hard out there!), time, effort and a lack of motivation are also contributing factors.

Of course, we thank every one who attended and supported Elation. 8 1/2 years wasn't a bad innings! And, you know, never say never...

I'll never forget my first elation experience when it was at electroworkz on the 4th birthday. Storm was running late and think both yourself ponder was doing a classic freeform set and then as distant dreams was playing storm came on and the place exploded. What a night.
