Its not long to go to till the hottest night in the midlands opens its door for the third time! To get you in the party mood we're interview each of the djs suppled by Encore Music Managemnt in a quick fire speed dating style.

First up is agency manager and electro guru DJ Eyeball!

Firstly can you tell us your fondest memories/Favourite moments for Encore so far?

Well that’s a tough one, I think it would be the our launch event, seeing all the djs that played showing exactly what they can do, from start to finish our room was rammed and everyone really seemed to enjoy themselves. I think my proudest moment would be being asked to host the room at the next Polysexual its then I realised that we were actually being noticed and taken seriously as a business / brand and artists.

What sets Encore Music Management apart from other agencies?

We are diverse and not just djs, were producers entertainers and complete mad people who just love what they do. Encore is about giving people a chance and helping out promoters by doing more than supplying djs. We are always finding new ways to stay in front of the other agencies and we are all individuals within the group. In 3 words Encore is Honest, Trustworthy and Reliable.

Dawson – Energetic, Creative, Technical

Johny – Legend!! Youthful (he’s not really old) Charismatic, Awesome

What’s in store for the future of Encore?

Well lets just say the last 7 months have all been about the next 12 months, we have some massive things lined up such as Ibiza, and some other international events. Lots more room hosting and a big birthday bash in September. There is some competitions coming up where you can win sets in our rooms at events and there will be a couple more signings within the next couple of months too!! (Watch this space). We have a launch of 2 digital labels and also working towards the festivals next year!! So quite a lot. Overall though I would say were on the up and will be happy to talk to anyone with regards to joining listening to cds or even helping out other promoters.
