Old Street is the nearest tube station then
Come out of exit 1/Old street roundabout
head up City road (towards Kings Cross) *1 min*
there is a pub called "The Three Crowns" on your right. Go up East road which runs along side the pub the take the first right which is chart street.

This journey should only take 4 mins. If it has taken longer you have gone wrong.

I can also vouch for the hospitality - after getting a table of kronenbourg upended on to me the guv'nor was kind enough to let me use the tumble dryer to dry off!!! I'll be back ;)
