Chris Cee is on the Move

It’s time to Move!

Over the last two years Chris Cee has become one of London’s most reputable house DJ’s, promoter and amateur club photographer and with a little sadness he feels it time to move on from his very successful Saturday residency to concentrate his efforts on larger gigs.

Within the last 2 years Chris has played at some of London’s top parties and clubs including 'Glitterati' at Pacha, 'Party Proactive' at Turnmills, and 'Heat & The Gallery' at Brixton Academy and also gigs at loads of bars including 'Get Busy' at Trafik, 'TweeknBleep' at Medicine bar and 'Miami calling' at Aquarium Bar. You’d think this would keep him busy, but he’s also resident DJ, sweetie provider and promoter of FUndemental, alongside the “ever so talented” Alan Banks.

Whilst all this has been going on Chris has been holding down a weekly residency at one of Essex’s largest Music Bars, 'Playing 5 hour sets every Saturday really lets me experiment with my music and lets me really play a wide spectrum of all things House”. “

With a little despondency it’s time to hang up his weekly residency hat, in order for him to be able to concentrate on bigger-better gigs and to push things on with Fundamental. “I love the Saturday nights but I’ve had to turn down some excellent bookings in order to keep the momentum up for the Bar, I feel the time is right to take the big step away from the guaranteed money and follow my passion.”“

Now that Chris has all this free time expect to Cee him popping up at all the top venues in London with his unique blend of all things house, from funk to electro and tough to Tech “‘and some breaks’“. Watch out for Fundamental, this fantastic club night is going to grow even more in 2007, with lots on interest from the promoters of Party Proactive, Heat and Frantic - They sure are on an upward march!

Later this month Chris will be releasing his 10th volume of his House FUndamentals demo (he has hinted that it may be the last in the series) , along with the release of Fusic Vol2. In March the FU team are back on the road at Turnmills with Party Proactive where they will be hosting a spectacular night in T3 with special guest Max Cooper. Whether you are new to FUndemental, or a regular, this is a night NOT to be missed.
