If I Bought A Afta Party Ticket I Would Get Entance 2 The Festival On Both Days!

This is quite harsh on the people who paid the full price to go, should get some money back or money off another event or something really just to be fair to the ones who coughed up the cash!!

Yeah but if they didnt do this they wouldn't have got more people in who spent money at the bar etc to help keep the festival going on the sunday so people who did pay didnt lose out on tht day.. and trust they made a mssive loss still so be gratfull u wasnt sent home at 8pm sat night

but then i feel sorry for the boys who actualy took over from the get ya kix promoter so people still had somthing to listen to on the sunday

Yeh innit! The Fusion boys pulled the whole thing together and made the best out of what GetYrKix had completely fucked up. So, fair fucking play to them, because they did amazingly given the shit they had to deal with!

u was up for squad-e, gammer and niarcin play hour after hour.

What? Shut up! There was loads of different DJ's there, of all genre's!!!

i cant believe you are posting that line up still...........even though every one apart from gammer has fukked u off.......

I posted the line-up and repeated the message because I was told to and no-one "fukked" me off because they were all aware that it is neither mine nor Fusion's, nor Destiny's, nor Resonate's or in fact not even We Are Your Friends's fault, so in fact I personally won't be taking the blame for anything cheers.

I tell you what I can be accused of though... helping the rest of the Fusion team keep this event together so that those of you that did pay / come could still enjoy what was left of the entire weekend

its what u make of it lmao, there was nothing to make of, unless u was up for squad-e, gammer and niarcin play hour after hour. me i love festivals, even the really bad 1s like global 07..........

I think it's fair to assume there were more than 3 DJ's on the Main Stage and yes, you've probably noticed it was 90% hardcore in the end - however, it does go to show doesn't it that hardcore artists in the majority that did still come despite not even knowing if there was going to be a paycheck or not, still played on - why? Because Fusion at least likes to look after it's ravers and it's artists and funnily enough so do the artists like to not let ravers down. Those boys and girls played on as booked because the people that were there for hardcore they didn't want to be let down.

Indeed, not only that, but other tents such as Resonate and Destiny and We Are Your Friends also still delivered.

jus it seems very expensive for what eventually became a free party line up, or o £3 entry nite @ dusk till dawn.

I'll agree on the expensive part, but I also challenge you to find me a line-up that featured every one of those hardcore, drum & bass, hardstyle, etc artists that still played for a £3 ticket at Dusk Till Dawn.

To those that did come, yes I feel sorry for those that felt let down also, but, I think the blame should not be fired in mine or Fusion's direction as the team behind Fusion (which also incorporates Resonate and Destiny) did everything they could to keep it running for those that did come.

all the artists that did play were sorted by the guys who took over and the fact you actualy saw gammer, marc smith, asys, mark eg, organ doners and scorpio and producer were down to these guys and if it wasnt for them the event would of been closed down after the saturday night.

exactly right John and indeed it was Fusion that salvaged what they could and took control of the festival.

I doubt it somehow as they lost a hell of alot of money lol

This festival made no profit at all.

BUT AS EXPECTED as you boys behind FUSION etc are professional

Maybe that, but more importantly, Fusion, Destiny and Resonate - even at their own expense like to make sure that when they say something they do it. We knew a vast majority of those that came, came for hardcore if not then drum and bass or hardstyle. We'd not had a Resonate for a while, a Destiny for even longer and a Fusion even longer than that. So it was a case of doing what we could to deliver on our side at least. Ravers are important to us, I think Supreme, Chunky and crew proved that when they negotiated many to stay on, I think the artists proved that when they offered to stay on whatever the odds and I think Supreme underlined this point when he negotiated for the Festival to stay open till the bitter end.

I still dont like the fact you was posting the full line up, with no note as to what was going on at this event. as it was clear things was not working out as they should.

my next question is! who did turn turn up then! when ever i went to see an artist play, they was not there (sunday)

like i said my apoligies to u Jon Brown. well done fusion for looking after there hardcore ravers!

That's fair enough my friend. It's easy as I said somewhere else to fire at me because for the most part I got behind the promo and have to an extent been the 'mouthpiece' for Fusion since their 2006 revival. It is easy for one to assume therefore as the face of the online, the voice of the trailer and various other bits and pieces that I could easily be made responsible for the answers - this coupled with the fact that I've spoken up, purely because a) it's only fair to you all you know who to contact with complaints and b) because the organisations I have been associated with - namely Fusion were the ones to fix it, not break it.

I'm not trying to be a hero in any capacity - I am however trying to clear both mine and Fusion's (and every sister brand therein) name for the damage that seems to want to be flown in our direction. Probably, as you say because I seem to be the only one contactable at this stage. Believe me if Fusion were responsible, we would have taken action first thing Monday morning to help keep all of your custom and loyal support as we always have done.

But alas, this event was not ever ours to own or be responsible for and thinks it's fair to loyal followers of ours that we've always done our best in 18 years to resolve situations that have arisen (if there have been any that I can remember).

still dont like the fact you was posting the full line up, with no note as to what was going on at this event. as it was clear things was not working out as they should.

I think that was evident from anyone that was there Saturday afternoon onwards, please try to understand that I had very limited time to do what I had to do, fractions of minutes in fact and in all honesty - if you'd have caught that message for the first time and it had been the first time you'de heard of it that day and that it was free, the fact is, as it's free, did it really matter by that point (as you're coming in for free) who made it and who didn't - I for a fact didn't even know who was coming and who wasn't and that's a fact.

For those paid, I can see why that would be frustrating, but those that had paid were already inside and I still had no confirmation of who was in, wasn't, who was coming, who wasn't, I was just asked to re-promote with the 'Free' notice. So I did.

ike i said my apoligies to u Jon Brown. well done fusion for looking after there hardcore ravers!

It's not a problem and I understand why you would make such an accusation, that's fair enough and as for our ravers - it's all we ever try to do.
