I have Emporium and Air within half hour drive so am lucky in that respect aswell......and I travel round with FOID and CO all the bloody shop LOL

Fish thats concidered a delicacy - Red Snapper perhaps ?!

...and again....Red snapper IS nice raw, wrapped around some rice and dipped in soy sauce! XD..as is yellow tail! XD

ohhh, this is exciting!!! Does anyone have a decent video camera and know how to drive one? Would great to get the party on film!
Also,as my pressie to my hard south family, I will be giving out a special 'Hard South' mix cd.... (at the end of the night, lightweights need not apply)lol!
