hiya, i jst wanna say how isgusted i am with the cloakroom service at the coronet on 5th april !!! i put in 2 jackets and an umbrella cost £4. and only got back ONE jacket !!!! they LOST loads of stuff, and after contacting the club they basically just say TUFF LUCK!!! so not only have they lost my jacket and umbrella but ive had to pay £4 for this!!!!! it wasnt an expensive jacket and i told them it only cost £25 but its the principal of the matter!! they refuse to give any compensation and say theres a disclaimer up near the cloakroom, well we didnt see it?? i think they have just put it up now as on their web site it says "sorry no cloakroom facility available". inno closed at 7am but even at 7.30 there was still over an hour to go on the cloakroom queue!!! it was a huge free 4 all rather than a queue and i even saw the security HIT a guy in the cloakroom chaos!! when you put your coat in and pay you do this to keep it SAFE!!!! whats the point????

wow! what a shambles. i ahve had both good and bad experiences with the cloakroom. and you're right we are paying them for a service at the end of the day, a service that should return our belongings at the end of the night!

it was chaos up there and they did lose a few coats, luckily not mine..!! i reckon if i hadn't squeezed my way through to the front to see what was going on they would have given my coat away to someone else... after i'd handed in my ticket they couldn't find it so they let me in to look for it myself... i did feel sorry for the people waiting in that mad queue tho...

innovation have said they would address the cloakroom problem for next time...

so @ jan-elle - have you been waiting from the 5th to see if they've found your jacket..???

i would also get in touch with the person who was doing the promotion there !!

its also there responsibility that there customers i.e: U get treated properly paying £15-20 tickets is not just to come in the door its the shaabang

yeah ! luckily we had put the car stereo front in my husbands jacket, which they didtn loose or it could have cost us a fortune for a new car stereo as well!!!

yes they must have made a packet charging £20 a ticket as it was quiet full. It would be the right thing to do compensating us unfortunate ones who didnt get their coats, and it SNOWED on the way home!!!!!

UNFORTUNATLY THE CLOAKROOMS ARE OUT OF THE PROMOTERS HANDS AND ARE CONTROLLED BY THE THE VENUE (SAME WITH THE BARS).

I'D SUGGEST TAKING ANY PROBLEMS UP WITH THE MANAGEMENT OF THE CORONET.

i DO HAVE THIS ON A LIST OF THINGS TO DISCUSS WITH THE CLUB IF & WHEN WE DO ANOTHER EVENT THERE.

The women in the cloakroom barely speak english, don't understand you when your telling them what your coat looks like and even when you give them the ticket they give you back any coat.

At Breakin Science my mate put a bag in the cloakroom then at the end went and gave them the ticket and she was given back two coats !! the numbers didn't even match & if she was a cunt she would have had 2 coats 4 free.

If I was the promoter I wouldn't be paying for that service.
