Judgement Sundays Talks To Lisa Lashes Ahead Of This Sundays Event !!!

Q: What did you want to be when you were 10?

Lisa Lashes: A trucker – haha! I always liked the idea of being a long distance lorry driver, cruising along listening to my music all day long. Suppose I’ve taken the best bits of that in what I do now – the music and the travel!

Q: What were you doing this time ten years ago?

Lisa Lashes: I think I’d just picked up my first new car – it was a Blue Ford escort Convertible that got me up and down the motorways for a fair amount of time until it came to the end of its life when my brother borrowed it and drive it straight over a roundabout.

Q: If you only had 10 Euros to spend in Ibiza what would you buy?

Lisa Lashes: It’s got to be that high quality merchandise from the lucky-lucky men! I’m on about a pair on sunglasses of course – I lose mine every year!

Q: What present would you get Judgement Sundays for its tenth birthday?

Lisa Lashes: Hmmm – I think for my 10th birthday I got a trampoline, so how about that? We could turn the whole of the dance floor into a massive trampoline! I’ll put a nice pink bow on it too...

Q: What’s your most irritating habit?

Lisa Lashes: I’ve OCD and it drives everyone crazy. You can tell when I’ve been on the decks as everything’s always in straight lines! The decks with the mixer, the cd cases with the walls, even the amp with the dog! I don’t even know I do it anymore!

Q: When was the last time you fell over?

Lisa Lashes: I tried to be cool and sit on a chair backwards to talk to someone in a club, got my leg stuck whilst turning round and landed sideways on the floor with a very bruised leg, elbow and ego.

Q: What word or phrase do you most over-use?

Lisa Lashes: I’m constantly using the word ‘relentless’ it seems apt for most things at the moment! For example, this interview is..... (Only kidding!)

Q: What’s the oldest thing in your fridge?

Lisa Lashes: Probably the homemade jam from my best friend. He’s always fruit picking and makes the most gorgeous jams. They seem to last forever and they won’t get thrown out unless they start growing ‘hairy’ bits on the top!

Q: What was the last thing you bought on credit card?

Lisa Lashes: I bought the DJ Shadows album “The Private Press” on iTunes. I nearly bought a new iMac though which would have been a lot more expensive. I’m turning into a bit of a techy despite not realising it! My laptop is completely full and I have to delete something off it every time I use it – it’s the most annoying and time consuming process.
