Right I think we should all go on a cowbell buying spree and Newbury shall be awakened from its slumber by the sound of hundreds of cowbells being hammered in unison in the park!!

Alber, why don't we approach a cow bell 'vendor', tell them we are going for some kind of record, get them to supply the aforementioned percussion instruments gratis, and in return, we give them a bit of advertising. And I'm the Conductor. Just so that's clear.

Oh you mean the bloke who stands at the front, not doing a lot whilst everyone else puts the effort in?

Mate, I bet you never even had to interview for it.... ;0)

Actually, I see my role as Conductor as encompassing the following duties which are threefold:-

- Putting on 'Tails', perhaps a curly wig, haven't decided yet.
- Selecting an appropriate record during my set to 'Cowbell' to.
- Joining in with playing cowbell.

A bagsy negates the need for Interview.

Right. I've been onto Guinness World Records. I asked the question; Is there a record for the most number of people playing cowbells at the same time? Their response is; There is no such record in this Category. The only record for cowbells which exists is the 'Largest Cowbell' which weighs in at a wapping 920 Kg and stands 10ft 9" tall. What do we think? I've never been in the Guiness Book of Records before.
