All clubnites/brands like to have strong identities that separate them from the rest - after all, clubland is heaving with DJs and promoters all trying to do the same thing.

I've been djing and promoting for years and have always wanted a brand that summarizes everything i would want my night to stand for. Good DJs, smiley clubbers, happy vibes, making people feel part of something special - and above all else, just a ***king good party! In joining forces with The Audiofreakz and launching our joint brand 'LICKED' - i feel that this might finally be achievable. LICKED has obviously only just been born, but support following our launch night has just been amazing. With the Smartie Partie family giving us their full backing and u lot helping us along the way, I have really high hopes for LICKED.

The Launch Nite was simply awesome and i think all the piccies tell the story well. So much work goes on behind the scenes and at the end of the day, that is just with us running the JUNO room at Turnmills for SP! But u need to start somewhere and as a brand I really feel that we have started as we mean to go on. I know our logo sticks in the mind but what i was really pleased about, was that at the Launch Nite our crew decided to take on an official Licked "L" pose using their finger n thumb to form an "L" shape - i can guarantee that one will stick!!!!

U lot r wicked, i just thought i'd point out that i think this should become the official LICKED photo pose!! For those of u who r confused, this is what i'm talking about.....

Well, we had our second LICKED event @ Turnmills, Saturday 8th September - and yep we got a whole loada more Licked piccies with u lot giving it the Licked pose action! Love it. Here's some more for u all, i think this thread might run and run.....:)
