TASTEMAKERS - "COLOURBLIND"

This summer anthem-in-the-making comes fresh from the Tastemakers kitchen and forms the first release for their newly established imprint Tasty Music.

The track boasts a stylish, driving and unique sound that blends a lush, epic quality with tight, rhythmic, punchy beats, sprinkled with a sultry vocal from the writing team behind hits such as ‘White Lies’ by Paul van Dyk and Ercola & Heikki L – ‘Deep At Night’ on Data Records (Ministry of Sound).

The mix package features the Original Club and Radio mixes plus a very special Balearic-style Epic Dub version, which has been getting the heads up from many of the top boys. In addition, a fully funked out Soulmakers remix is included for the Housier crowds. Soulmakers supply their take on “Colourblind” fresh off the back of their recent release on Richard Earnshaw’s super cool Duffnote Records with their track “Falling”. This track also features on the brand-new STEREO SUSHI Vol. 13, which is out now on Hed Kandi Records, available in both CD and digital formats.

Stuart King provides a very cool underground re-work that is perfect for those proggy moments. Most recently he has been working on numerous records with grammy-nominated producer Andy Chatterly (Saved, Skylark, Buick Project) and introducing the world to his fantastic new label, 9x5 Music. Stuart is best known as one half of the Sunday Club who released some cult epic house records in the mid-90s through Stress Records. With singles such as "Paladien Dawn" and "Healing Dream" having a major impact on the progressive trance scene.
