What happened to the big last summer platform 12 blow out?

Platform12 was a great night, sadly missed.. :(
Hope Clive is doing well in Oz..
Saw Kid Kenobi at the last one I went to last year & he blew the roof off.. (& his mixing's pretty good too.. ;) )

Platform12's definitely left quite a void, can anyone here recommend relatively similar nights going on this summer?
Having been living near london last year I used to go to most of the Platform12's, but i've since moved north and not kept an eye on what's going on - so i'm a bit out of the loop!

oh, and Kid Kenobi is awesome!

I was gonna say "last time I saw Kit, he said..." but he's posted here now.

Back in the P12 day, I used to find that this annual thing (TCR BBQ 2008) used to get a similar good vibe going. And, if the weather's nice it just happens to be this Saturday. (Not plugging, honest - this has been one of the best vibed breaks-related events for the last 4 years if anyone's at a loose end.)

That does look quite good :) I'm tempted to start a new night but it won't be until later this year ...
