If you haven't had a chance to try our latest class: Can-Can, then now is your chance.


This Thursday 8th May, at My Hotel Chelsea, one of our can-can tasters will be being filmed. This may or may not be shown on TV.

The class is a high energy, high kicking class that will leave you giggling and breathless. We provide the fantastic colourful skirts which really put you in the mood.


If you fancy giving it a go for free and maybe appearing on camera then get in touch.


The class starts at 7.00pm and you will have to book with us in advance to ensure that the class is not too busy.

I went along to a Can-Can class a while ago to do some press shots for Pole Stars - everyone there looked as though they were having a top time AND of course some great exercise.

Adding to that the fact that all of the Pole Stars staff and teachers are top people, then if you want to try Can-Can I can't think of a better group of people to do it with.
