Which pole and class?!

I'm new to pole dancing.......

Can anyone tell me which are the best poles to buy?

Also am looking for the best classes in or around Norwich?

Any other advice appreciated! x

Polestars all the way! Check out www.polestars.net as they have lessons in your area, and they sell poles too (even some amazing ones better than the X Pole which they sell off at a cut price when they renew their stock)!
