Advanced Pole Course London
On October 20th the lovely Sarah (who can pull some serious moves) will be teaching our next advanced course in London. We know that it has been a while since we had an advanced course, but with Sarah teaching it is well worth the wait.

we're working on it, but cardiff has been a bit quiet recently, Louise is now fully on the case and we will get one going as soon as we have built back the customer base a bit.

I will have a chat with Louise and see if I can sort anything out for you.

The advanced course is pretty advanced, The hardest moves include things like a sholder mount, and lots of combined moves that use moves from our intermediate course... The main issue we have is people comming onto advanced without the strength, that they may have built up in intermediate.

I will ask katja to comment, cos she will be able to describe some of the moves better than I can.

I have just seen that you are a teacher, so I guess you are not actually looking for an advanced course. but I would also say that its probably not very advanced. although may well include moves you don't know.

Being a teacher means that I am now only progressing by teaching myself. I am always looking for something more advanced, and it's much more motivating and safe to learn in a class situation than by yourself.
Performing/learning advanced tricks is much safer with a spotter, and a husband is not usually useful for this, as they don't have the knowledge of mechanics of the move and what you are trying to achieve.
