After a nice chilled out weekend its time to look forward to another fantastic week. The Last couple of weeks have been very busy for me with the launch of my new label and it seems to have paid off. In just over a week Test Lab’s 1st release hit number 1 in the Vinyl charts on Banging Tunes and has now sold out so I think a big well done is deserved to all involved.

Well lets look to the week ahead ‘Busy Busy Busy’ as always I have to sort out the next release for Test Lab this week and let me tell you it’s a corker, Tracks from myself, Matt Pickup & Dave the elf and one from a fresh talent Groovepounder. I’ll possibly add another cheeky little number on there as well, we’ll see! I’m in the Studio tomorrow night with the mastermind Riggsy, the guy is a genius. Anyone looking to write a track he is definitely the man to use and it’s the right time to do it as well as he has got his summer sale on at the moment. When you all get a minute have a look at the following link Riggsy/Xtension Studios, he’s well worth the money!

Ok now onto my weekend Friday night I shall be popping down to 'Turn It Up' this looks set to be an amazing little night really looking forward to it. For those coming to Birmingham on Saturday you can catch me at B2T the line up is awesome and reads pretty much who’s whos in the world of up and coming talent. As well as this in the main room the hard hitting boys and girls are Amber D, Billy Bunter (True Legend), Brain Bashers (This is a must see!), Jon Langford, Strange Dave, Live Wire, Kye Shand, Paul F (This is his first gig as B2T resident Top guy top producer and a definite must see) & James Ellis along with the fresh talent of Kirsty Lee James, El Donk & Lee C.

I will be appearing in The Dungeon with some of the best Hard Nrg talent around Riggsy, LT1 (really looking forward to this as they are playing back to back, gonna be some ridiculously mint tunage played) , Kam Pain, Hi Oktane’s head honcho Adam M (If you haven’t been to Hi Oktane yet you must put it on your things to do & places to go!), Shenton (Mr Hellbound himself) to name but a few, there is gonna be some seriously nasty noises coming out of that room. Also on Saturday will be the usual suspects for Funk Deluxe and as well as this the Hardcore will be on show as well. Four rooms cant rally go wrong can you.

Well that’s it for the weekend ahead don’t forget Pearce’s birthday at Shine but until next week take care and have fun.
