SUNNYSIDE UP REUNION - BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY - BE THERE
To all the Strawberry Sundae, Sunnyside Up regulars, my Buds and all the clubbers who never experienced it.

Sunnyside Up is having a reunion this bank holiday Monday 27th August @ The Telegraph, 228 Brixton Hill, SOUTH LONDON! SW2 1HE
12 noon - 9pm

So cancel all your plans and get down there for an afternoon which is going to be full of old and young faces. I hope to see a few Strawberry Sundae regulars who use to go onto Sunnyside Up down there and some new faces who want to hear and see what it was like during the mid - late 90's. Ittwas and will always be one of London's top all dayers. .
It's time for some of you to lose some of the cobwebs you have collected sittingin waiting for a good afternoon session.

What a bargain £3-£5 to get in.
It as never been so cheap to go out.

Only Sunnyside would offer us all a great deal for a really special occassion.
This reunion is priceless.

I hope to see you there Keira, plus some of the old Strawberry crowd.
I can't wait for next weekend. It is going to be a blinder.

You missed the best party this year if you did not come to it.
I loved every minute of it and I had been to two parties since 6pm on Sunday. No sleep and still made it and stayed there until 11pm. The party wa still going when I left, I was gutted I had worn myself out going to the two other parties before.

Next time I will save all my energy for Sunnyside. It has got to return again son after such a great reunion. It was like it had never gone away. I thought it was 1997 all over again.

Ohhhh wicked!!! I got pretty mangled - I did a disappearing act - was meant to go back to Vals after I had gone back out into the carni to catch the last half hour - but we got lost - found the drum and bass bit we spent all carni lookin for because we couldn't find any hardcore - stayed there and had a stomp and made some silly videos - then decided to make our way home!

I got home and wasn't very well at all - had the worst headache you can think of - dont even think you can call it a headache - more like brain ache! I had to sit in a dark room - paracetamol wasn't helping and then I was sick! Felt a bit better after I was sick but still had the headache!

Don;t know if it was the drugs or a combination on dehydration, sun and drugs!

Never wanna go thru that again - it wasn't plesant and I felt monged out the following day!

That's just what i was thinking Monkey! It was like it was back in the 90's again. It was as if we were stuck in a time warp. haha

I definately felt like I had gone back in time.
Ten days notice and it had so many people turn up. It shows what an impact Sunnyside up had n us all.
Roll on the Strawberry Sundae runion.
The Telegraph is definately the ideal venue.
The chill out area, the dance room and security make it the ideal venue.

A lot beter then Hidden where a friend of a friend got cs gassed by security on saturday night.

You played a wicked set of old classics Viv. You filled in the gaps which the other DJ's missed out.
I hardly heard the same tune twice all day, which is good compared with the '88-90 nights.

Thanks Monkey. I'm glad you enjoyed my set! I didn't want to come off the decks as i was enjoying it so much! I had dug out enough classics to play the whole day about 10 times over so it was difficult to come up with a shortlist. Hardly a shortlist though is it - a whole box - lol.

LOL I was at Hidden last night and I have to say I had a great night but the security are a bunch of rude mofos - one told me to shut up and I got asked for ID because I didn't look old enough - I could have got myself barred because I had a right go at the man for telling me to shut up! Rude MOFO!

One of the security wanted to put his hands down the front of the guys trousers so he kicked off. He got gassed and one of the security got glassed during the scuffle.
I know he was not selling pills, becasue he was my mates friend. He may have had a few for personal use on him down his trousers. After it kicked off 14 people who came with him left the club (they all turned up in the same mini bus to go to Promised land).
No police were called.
