The bits chosen to be in caps, although I did read this first tired yesterday after Tidy and re-reading today, I do still read it as "fair enough, but no need for caps"

Yeah... still says as required, but seems less demanding...

I believe in time promoters will get the point that they offer little and photographers won't be interested...

Probably my "I'm not a promoter but this is what I think they'd think" head on
