OK I know this is a bit localised, but the concern has been picked up by the local service users forum.
A couple of sources in the region have started selling meth based pills, to make it worse they are not necessarily warning people of the content either meaning that the user ends up hooked to the pills and on their way to a nice meth addiction.

Sorry I have no other details to give at this present time, but please be mindful of what you are taking and try stick to reliable dealers whom you can trust, if not investing in your own testing kit from sites such as eztest.com

I mean look we've already got people leaving this thread for other forums spreading the rumor of meth pills when not even a stamp or report of tests has been put up here. This is how these idiotic rummors start.

Speed is hardly a new contaminent and it might even stop people saying thier pills had smack or k in because they didn't get supper speedy of off e.

Id rather have speed in my pills than crystal meth though. A friend of mine said he tried Crystal Meth once, had only a tiny bit, was up for 4 days and had a two week comedown...

Ahh the friend story.

meth IS speed and it has a duration of around 12 hours when take oraly. Having done it myself I'd know.

It feels like fairly rushy MDMA but with less of the empathic edge.

I though crystal meth is methamphetimine and speed is just amphetimine on its own.

just one is demonised even by drug users, the other is boshed is rediculos quanitiys cos it's just "speed" (phet).

They are both in the amphetamine family, as is MDMA, however due to the chemical make up have quite different effects.

I'm fully aware how the rumor mill works and as such I'm very careful on trying to ensure the information I pass on is factual.

The source of this warning is in fact a service users forum which I am involved with, whereby we are accustomed to dealing with people whom have fallen victim to the ills of drugs such as crack cocaine or heroin. Sadly the growing trend for crystal meth is spreading and with the added bonus that it seems to be making it's way into our actual pill supplies, this is something people really need to start being mindful of!

Yep there are lots of silly rumours BUT if this is true altho theres no more info im glad it has been raised 4 i would not like 2 take a pill with meth in....for me personally I class meth in the same category as heroin and crack for both how harmful and addictive it can be to the user. This is the problem when you get your drug morals from the daily mail.

The only large negative I can see is the fact it's highly addictive, but then being sold as MDMA in pill form then this is negated. As it's not going to be being smoked like crack.

This is exactly what I'm on about, amphetamine is "only" class b. This has no relation to any actualy differences in harm. Amphetamine is a real actual probablm in the UK at the moment but people couldn't give a monkey, but with meth aparently it's going to kill everyone.

Both are medicaly perscribed in certain situations and with reasonable use are no worse then most other drugs.

Being used in pill form is much safer then it being supplied as powder or smokable crystals.

i remember a rumour about 1 year or two back that green shrek 2 pills had meth in them. After trying a few myself a think it was either a different batch to what I had or complete bollocks??
