Have wanted to give this a go for a while, finally got around to it on Easter Weekend.

Also saw a great demonstration on PS3's "photomerge" which is great.
Not perfect though - patch of blue sky top left was a lot lighter than the rest as the cloud cut it off from the rest + so photomerge didn't merge it that well. Also did a few in Camden but Photomerge is failing to join them together.

BTW this is 3 or 4 frames taken ~ 15mm (Tokina 12-24 Vignette's with a polariser - even a slim one at 12mm)

Sweet - I must play with photomerge - I've got some 360s from San Fancisco to do.

Was quite tricky - very windy, only took a mono rather than tri-pod, changing light conditions (i.e. wind blowing the clouds across the sun).
Think it's a decent 1st attempt but could have got a lot better -wind.
Exposing for the buildings when they were in shade/direct sunlight was tricky - spot metered, then AE-locked while taking the 4 shots.

Did you spot meter with a telephoto on your camera or a hand held meter?

Neither really - just zoomed into the building as much as possible with 12-24 + spot metered from that i.e. selected just the very central point to meter off.

Something's not right about the clouds on the left... what have you done to them?

Yeah - I think there's some ghosting of clouds on the left - like a blueish outline.
Not me - just the Photomerge - wind must have blown them a bit between shots and photomerge hasn't been able to cope.

Oh - also made the sky darker in that area, as it had been left a lot lighter. Probably should have feathered my selection a bit more.
