Hey girls! I thought I'd write and see who would be interested in doing the race for life in the summer? If you haven't seen the adverts on TV or don't know what it is, you can visit this website: raceforlife.org It's a 5k walk, jog or run (don't worry, I'll be doing the walking bit!) and the proceeds go towards Cancer Research UK. This is a womens only event and we could all dress up and have a laugh whilst doing something for a very worthy charity. After chatting with a few of you up on facebook, it looks like the 8th June at 11am in Hamsted seems to be the easiest for everyone. All we need to do it each sign up and then we can start fundraising. Places are filling up fast, so dont miss out!
