What is Steve Arnold & Friends?

Steve started playing out at the tender age of 16 having blagged a gig at the infamous Kremlin Bar in San Antonio in Ibiza. From an early age Steve was heavily into all sorts of dance genres while his main interests lay in the Progressive House sound of the early millenium but found his first gigs coming through the Hard House scene.

After making the decision to pursue a career in the Hard House scene Steve quickly became involved in Clubbed Up Radio which to this day he is still a co-presenter/promoter of and found himself gaining gigs all over the midlands.

Steve quickly started to gain a reputation for himself for playing across the board, anything from Techno to Trance to Acid Techno could be found in his sets and he soon found himself playing at the top clubs within that genre including Storm, Sundissential, Polysexual, Frantic, B2T, Housewives Choice, E:Volve and more.

Having come this far it was always going to be a hard decision to make but early 2007 Steve made the decision to turn his back on Hard House and pursue his interests in Trance and Techno. This has lead to residencies and gigs across the country and further afield.

Recently Steve has played to over 3000 people at the world famous Bulldog Bash, played for the Crasher pre-parties in Sheffield, played for the world infamous The Gallery at their new home the Ministry Of Sound (where he will be playing again October 31st) and regularly playing for the ever popular Classique at their huge events which have featured the likes of Paul Oakenfold, Mauro Picotto, Tall Paul and many more. Steve also played at the huge Eden Nightclub in Ibiza this summer playing to over 1000 people alongside some of the biggest names in the industry.

With residencies still in place for Xstatic, E:Volve, Clubbed Up and Encore Music Managament and how profile gigs still continuing to roll in the future looks bright for this young man.

**Steve is now solely concentrating on Trance and Progressive gigs, unfortunately he will no longer be taking House, Techno, Tech House or Hard Dance gigs**
