9am Sunday 1st November, woke up with a Dull Ache Across my Chest from One Armpit to the other Armpit.

12 Noon - 2 PM was on History Of Hardcore Radio Mixing a Set Live!

All day the Ache would not go away!

All Night the Ache across my Chest would not allow me to have even 5 Minutes of Sleep!

7am Monday 2nd November got up feeling FUCKED! Got Dressed.
8.30 am went to Doctors Surgery, told to go back @ 11.30 am!

11.30 am went back to surgery and sat in Waiting Room
12.30 pm saw a Doctor, she examined me, put me on Oxygene, called an Ambulance, put onto a Stretcher, put into back of an Ambulance!

13.00 Rushed into Cardiac Emergency in the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff, Wales.
13.30 Trippin' on MORTHENE (Excuse the Spelling), had a Catheter put into my right wrist, had 2 Stents pushed into and Artery from my Heart!

Thursday 5th November had an Echo / UltraSound and found I had a Blood-Clot, put onto about 8 or so different Pills to thin my Blood!

4.30pm Monday 16th November was released from hospital.
5.00pm back in my room in the Shared House where I live in Cathays, Cardiff!
