it would suggest you were in 'the business' for quite a bit longer.

Sorry, forgot to answer that one.

I organised my first free party (Electro & Hip Hop) in the summer of '84 (yes I had just turned 13), attracted a couple of hundred kids every Saturday throughout the summer holidays that year.

I organised my first pay party (Acid House etc) in a licensed venue on 28th October '88 (Yes, the first events I organised in a licensed venue I was not legally allowed to attend, however nobody asked me my age when i hired the venues and I didn't volunteer it) I believe the venue was licensed to hold 375 people, contrary to popular belief it didn't quite attract 700 people your honour.

For information I didn't continually organise events throughout the period '88 - '96, I was very fussy. If I couldn't get the right venue or wasn't happy with certain aspects of an event etc I would think nothing of pulling the plug on any event which I had already heavily invested in (and obviously refunding any ticket sales etc)! Because of this 'everything must be perfect' attitude I did go through some extended periods where I didn't organise a single event; the longest stretch being between May '91 (last party at the ocean room) and February '93 (first event at Tiffanys), although there were a couple of near misses which I pulled before they got to the advertising stage.

That wasn't actually a question. Hence the lack of question mark at the end. Unless you're assuming that everything directed as you on here is written with a rising inflection.

A mouse took a strole through a deep dark wood...

Yada Yada

Bada bing

GRUFFALO CRUMBLE!

Bong bang bap

The mouse found a nut and the nut was good.

I think that's your answer. It's "Dance Aid" a charity. Why shouldn't those two chaps Dj at something like that?

Yeah true, if only this Paris Hilton could of done it for charity too, If the charity thing was done instead of personal gain, then i'm sure not half as many would of batted an eye lid.

I think you might have confused that a little, from the video I saw the "charity" angle would have come in if she "hadn't" played ;) Now that would have been charitible of her!
