Why oh why do they have to write IN the Scots accent though . . . .Can't we just read English adn do the accent in our head? I remember reading Irvin Welsh and YOU HAD to do the accent in your head to just read the damn thing.

Like when I used to work in TK Maxx in Leyton, what a joy that was. The other staff there would speak london cockney indian patois nonsense and get offended when I would have to keep asking them to repeat themselves over and over again.

Ha! I've heard it called Jafican too. I was just on IMDB and some was writing about Prometheus and they did a whole post in text speak. Why? It was dire. You just make yourself look simple.
